PRESENTATION

The Group of Experimental Investigation in Solid State Physics develops experimental research in semiconductors and matalic materials, mainly focusing in IV-VI elements, Oxides and Topological Insulators using electrical transport and photoconductivity measurements. Experiments are performed in a PPMS (Physical Property Measurement System) in the range of 400 K down to 1.8 K and fields up 9 T. The group is physicaly located in the Federal University of Itajubá, in the State of Minas Gerais.
